Amano Student Support Services Support Roles and Charge Rates 2015 - 16

Amano Student Support provides the full range of Non-Medical Help learning support to students receiving Disabled Students Allowance in Devon & Cornwall. Working in partnership with Universities and Colleges in our local area, from the very start where we carefully match students to consultants, through to support and training, students can be confident that with Amano as their provider, they will receive professional support.

As an experienced DSA supplier, we aim to help students with disability access education and achieve their academic ambitions. We are guided by some key values; being honest, making a difference, bridging the gap, providing a positive experience.

As an accredited DSA-QAG supplier, our staff have the skills and experience to be able to provide students with the best advice. With our DSA non-medical help services you can be assured that we will offer the same excellent standard of service. We adhere to the terms of the Non-Medical Helper Charter and our non- medical support workers are:

• Fully trained
• Experienced in their field
• Enhanced DBS checked
• Fully insured

We hold the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Certificate which is given to organisations that show excellent quality management standards. We hold the Support with Confidence accreditation through Trading Standards.
